Amish Country News magazine celebrates the end of Winter, and the beginning of Spring in Lancaster County with a bit of nostalgia. 95 years ago, Anna Miller began serving chicken & waffles to truckers waiting to have their rigs fixed by her husband Enos at their small shop along the famed Lincoln Highway. Today, Miller’s Smorgasbord continues this tradition, and has expanded into a collection of shops alongside the grand buffet restaurant.
